I have had the honor of being involved with our therapist K.L. for about 5 years now. My son as well as my nephew have received occupational therapy from her for that long. I can’t say enough good stuff about this person. She has always gone out of her way to make my boys feel comfortable and appreciate therapy. Both my boys can be hard to work with, but she has always worked with the boys even when they haven’t been up to it. There have been times that she has come prepared to work with them on specific things and when she got here the boys were in bad moods or just not having it and she always switched gears to do what made the boys feel comfortable and turn their moods around. She has always listened to the boys and showed them patience and understanding. My boys look forward to her coming each week and working with them. K.L. is a wonderful person and I feel as if she is my friend. She has always been respectful, honest an understanding to me and my situation with two special need boys.
